Many congratulations on your engagement and forthcoming wedding!

Where do you start after the big question has been asked and you have said yes?  Planning an average wedding can take roughly 250 hours.

Unlike any bride or groom, a professional wedding coordinator has the experience of having been through the wedding planning process dozens of times.

At the initial free consultation, we will listen to your requirements, capture your ‘dream’, then guide you on the way to creating that unique reality.

Our aim is to remove your stress by offering advice on potential venues, catering, photographers, music, flowers, printing and transportation, and much more.  If you have no previous experience in dealing with specialist suppliers, this can be an arduous task.

Our involvement with your big day can range from the initial consultation, to planning the complete occasion. Our flexible approach also allows us to offer last minute completion planning and on-the-day management, for your peace of mind.

When your budget is spent and you still want a few extras to achieve that dream, we can step in and review contracts, ensuring you are getting ‘value for money’ from your chosen suppliers and thereby justify our costs based on any savings made.

Along the way, we threw many challenges at you, the management of various suppliers, over 400 guests, coordination between Glasgow and London and many others. However, you helped us achieve the results we wanted and worked with us as it if was your own wedding event. You kept us calm when we needed to be and provided a sense of urgency when it was required. The entire experience of working with you was extremely pleasant and when guests compliment us on our ‘perfect wedding’ – we know that a lot of the credit it due to you.
